Give yourself the best possible chance to fight off all those foreign invaders that are eager attack your immune system.
When these invading bacteria or viruses enter into your body, often through the nose, or even the eyes, they travel through the blood stream, infecting organs and cells.
Can you totally prevent these attacks? No, you can’t. But, you can do the utmost to prevent the attacks.
1 – Eat well! How often have we been lectured about this! Increase fruits, vegetables, especially berries, rich in disease fighting antioxidants. Also, foods such as prunes,tomatoes,citrus foods,grapes, actually, all colored fruits and veggies. Also, it doesn’t hurt to choose a supplement for antioxidants. This particular supplement has both the antioxidants and the omega 3 in it.
Also, include Omega 3 fatty acids, found in fish or supplements for those who do not like eating fish.
2. And, do make sure you exercise. Exercise strengthens your body. Exercise helps your body fend off those invading diseases.
3. Try and manage you stress, decrease your stress. Easier said than done, I know, but, it’s important. Again, exercise helps you do this.
