Apparently most (90 percent) of people with asthma suffer post workout bouts of chest tightness and wheezing. This is known as exercise induced broncho-contriction (or EIB).
According to an buy brand Indiana University study, Fish Oil Supplements may help. According to this study, lung function improved and inhaler use dropped about 80%.
Omega 3 helps with exercise induced lung inflammation. The involved fish oil supplement contained 3.2 g EPA and 2.2 g DHA.
