I just read in the Prevention Magazine (March 2009), that The Biggest Loser nutritionist, Ms Forebert, RD, sets the guidelines for nutrition for the contestants.

One of her guidelines is: Have your daily dose of Omega-3 :  She calls them the anti aging fats.  I like that!

She says it can help to lower cholesterol,  to help your cells function properly, and of course, as is written in many of my articles, it combats inflammation, which in turn will reduce your risk for heart-attack, for cancer, and for strokes!

And, according to the Journal erectile dysfunction of Nutrition, Omega 3 (from cold water fatty fish) will help keep your brain healthy as you age.
