Dr Oz Is A Big Promoter Of Omega 3

My new project will be an A to Z list of wholesale why we all need ==>> Omega 3. It will not be in alphabetical order, but, by the time I am finished, there will be a reason or a benefit to take Omega 3 for every letter of the alphabet.
So, I am going to start with O… For Dr OZ. His recommendation for 2010 Supplement? Omega 3 Supplement for general and heart health!!!! I just watched his show now, and that was his recommendation.
