Good Morning,
Getting fit over 40 doesn’t have to mean that we have to take part in a regimen of exercises. I mean, I don’t know about you, but the actual art of exercising doesn’t do a thing for me.

But, what does work for me is to become active. I love that. According to one Prevention Magazine article if we start to move instead of remaining as motionless as possible, we can lose up to 40 pounds a year. And if you are the fidgety type of person, don’t stop, every little move helps. Unless of course you are in church or the opera, that’s not a good place to fidget or move around. So here are a few tips I have taken to heart.
Get moving; no more sitting around like a rock or standing around like a planted tree.1 - While you are still in bed, or, even at the end of a busy day, when you are stretched on the couch watching your favorite show do a crunch.
