Calories Do Not Count

This is both true and false at the same time. side effects Calories “count” in the sense that if you eat far more than you burn you will gain bodyweight. They do NOT count in the sense that if you are eating in a way that encourages your body to burn bodyfat for fuel and optimize its hormone levels you will burn bodyfat without having to count
a single calorie.

I use this: Every Other Day Diet
